The warranty issue did get taken care of, so I’m happy about that. Just wish the replies had been a bit quicker... there were a few times I was sitting there wondering what was going on. In the end, it worked out, but the waiting was a little frustrating.

I’ve poked around the design library on Aoseed a bit, it’s not bad. Some of the files are useful, and finding stuff is straightforward, which I appreciate. I did like a few of the simpler models, especially when I just needed something quick to work with.

That said, the quality feels a little hit or miss. Some designs seem kind of unfinished or maybe just too basic, and I definitely wish there was more variety. Overall it’s decent, but yeah, it feels like it could use more updates and better filtering.

I got this for my son and I feel good about it so far. The safety lock is nice, and I like that everything is enclosed so there aren’t any sharp edges or sketchy bits sticking out. Setup was simple too. Compared to some others I looked at, this one just feels more...

I’d give it 4 stars mainly because the packaging was actually good. My order from aoseed.com showed up in a sturdy box, everything was wrapped well and nothing was damaged. There was a lot of tape though, it took me a little while to get it open. Not a huge issue, just kind of annoying. Overall, I was happy with it.

I did end up getting the replacement part I needed from Aoseed, so that part was fine. It just took me a little while to figure out which one was the right fit, and shipping was slower than I was hoping for. Support did get back to me, but not especially quickly. Overall, it was okay, just could’ve been a smoother experience.

I reached out to aoseed.com support because I had an issue with my order. To be fair, they did respond and got it sorted in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up twice. What annoyed me more was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I agreed to, which made the whole thing feel a bit unclear. Not a terrible experience, but support could definitely be faster and more straightforward

I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s still working great. I even dropped it once by accident (oops), but it kept working just fine. No weird noises, nothing feels loose, and overall it’s been solid so far.

It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but for some reason the noise gets a little annoying after a while. It’s not unbearably loud or anything, just louder than I thought it would be. I’m still using it, but I do wish it was a bit quieter

I’m really glad I picked this up for my kid. I mostly wanted something that would help cut down on just watching videos, and this has been a great alternative. The projects are easy enough to follow, but still fun and engaging, so it feels more like play than learning. A few parts took us a little time to figure out, but that ended up being part of the fun too. I’m thankful to have something that introduces basic ideas without making it feel like homework.

As someone who already has a small stash of PLA at home, I was a little worried this would be picky about filament. But so far, aoseed.com has worked fine with what I already had. I even tried a random roll from another brand and it printed without much fuss. I really like not feeling locked into one specific type. Setup was straightforward too, so overall I’m happy with it

I was happy with how easy aoseed.com was for my kid to use. He figured things out on his own quickly, which was a relief because I didn’t have to sit next to him and help every few minutes.
The pages were simple, clear, and not overwhelming at all. It felt very kid-friendly, and my son actually enjoyed using it, so overall it worked out really well for us.

It works fine most of the time, but every now and then the connection just drops out for no obvious reason. Setup also took me a few tries before it finally worked. It’s not awful or anything, and it’s better than, well, it’s just a little annoying when it happens.

I mainly got this so my kid could use it without accidentally changing settings or getting into things they shouldn’t. The parental controls do work, or at least they seem to for what I’ve tried, but they feel kind of basic to me.

I was able to block a few things and check on usage, but the setup wasn’t as obvious as I expected. Maybe I just missed something, but I had to poke around for a while before I figured out where everything was.

Overall, it’s fine if you only need simple controls. I’m not sure if I was expecting too much, but I do wish the parental control settings were easier to find and had a few more options.
